The Bulgarian Guy part 3

So The Bulgarian called me and told me that he was having dinner with his brother and his brother’s fiancé Sunday night and extended an invitation to me to come along. He told me the restaurant was called The River Café located in Brooklyn. Yes we all know how I feel about boroughs but this was a jacket required, 5 star, Manhattan view type of restaurant and we also know I will take full advantage of any opportunity to dress up. So dress up I did by busted out my yellow Diane Von Furstenberg backless dress to wear for this grand occasion. I mean it was going to be the first time seeing the Bulgarian in closed toed shoes, and formal attire. Dinner was another late one, and they didn’t pick me up until nearly 10 pm in a drive by taxi. Once we arrive, the driver drops us off RIGHT next to a koi pond and I could have fallen in if I wasn’t an expert in the art of wearing heels. We walk inside and were seated right away and the waiter brings over 4 glasses of champagne for us. Sweet, but what I really wanted was food. I was starving and hadn’t had anything to eat since 2 pm that day. So the birthday girl (Yea I found out later that night that it was her birthday) ordered Cristal Champagne, 2 bottles to be exact and it was lovely. This may have quite possibly been the most decadent dinner I’ve ever attended. We had Lobster, Oysters with Caviar, etc and that was just appetizers. For dinner I had the sea bass and The Bulgarian (as well as the rest of the table) had the Salmon. We shared each other’s entrée and he held my hand and told me how beautiful he thought I was. We spoke about Paris and my birthday. He asked what I shoe size was..hmmm wondering if I’m getting a new pair of Chanel heels from him..Keep you posted on that. After dinner we had our desserts and took some photos. They all kept saying I looked like a model, but I don’t like to listen to nonsense like that so I blew it off. We finished up around 12:30 am, got a car from valet and drove back to the city. Once we got to my building, I passed out kisses and The Bulgarian walked me to my front door. He kissed me goodnight and once again told me he loved me. I pretended like I didn’t hear him and walked inside alone. He was VERY handsome that night and I’m really excited about seeing what could develop between us. Looks like there are 2 contenders in the race for my heart!

Wardrobe: Yellow backless DVF mini dress, black heels, silver metal belt, Black Chanel bag.

OMG!!! girl, your blog is addicting, honestly I am rooting for the Bulgarian it reminds me of my NOW fiancee, we broke off our brief dating over a stupid retarded incident and didn't hear from here in a little over a year, then out of no where he found me and realized how wrong he was for get flustered over nothing. Another thing, it takes a real man to realize his mistakes and treat you like you deserve, please keep me posted, and who know I have a good feeling about this guy ;)
